Coronavirus (Covid19) Update

Hello Everyone, 

Effective immediately St Mary Physiotherapy Center will be reopening but with the following guidelines in place to keep everyone safe. 

1. Prior to coming for treatment, you must call ahead and book an appointment. We will be limiting the number of patients per hour as to abide with safe physical distancing practices.  
a. Please note that at this time we will not be accepting any walk-in appointments you must call ahead as to abide with the guidelines for everyones safety

2. During the phone call we will be screening patients with a questionnaire set by the Ontario Ministry of Health.
a. If you screen positive you will be asked to schedule an appointment once all symptoms have subsided for 48 hours

3. When you do come for an appointment there will be someone to screen you upon entry for symptoms by taking your temperature as well as asking the questions once again. 
a. Please note if you are screened positive for the safety of others and yourself you will be asked to leave the clinic and can book another appointment after your symptoms disappear or after having contacted public health to get their recommendation. 

4. We will have Masks, Gloves and face shields for those who would like to wear one. Although not mandatory to wear these it is highly recommended. 

5. There will be multiple handwashing stations (sink and hand sanitizer) for patients to use upon entering and leaving the clinic.

6. Between patients the beds will be stripped down and disinfected. Similarly, all machines will also be disinfected between patients. 

7. Furthermore, the clinic will be cleaned and disinfected every night once all patients leave.
